Around Azeroth: The unfrozen tundra:"
Nephrolepis of <Strife> on Cenarius (US-H) sent in this picture from Amber Ledge in Borean Tundra, along with a note. "If you stand near the edge of the great cliffs, you can see the sweeping auroras ease themselves across the sky, along with the occasional dragon, of course," she writes. "Standing there amongst the flowers and greenery, it is easy to forget that you are in the snowy north. The wind gently bends the grasses, the distant calls of mammoths and woolly rhinos echo over the plains, and your pet pink plainstrider named Floyd relieves itself in the bushes nearby. Ah, such is the life of the mighty hunter."
Do you have any unusual, beautiful or interesting World of Warcraft images that are just collecting dust in your screenshots folder? We'd love to see them on Around Azeroth! Sharing your screenshot is as simple as emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with a copy of your shot and a brief explanation of the scene. You could be featured here next!
Remember to include your player name, server and/or guild if you want it mentioned. Please include the word 'Azeroth' in your post so it does not get swept into the spam bin. We strongly prefer full screen shots without the UI showing -- use Alt Z to remove it. Please, no more battleground scoreboards, Val'kyr on mounts or pictures of the Ninja Turtles in Dalaran. Older screenshots can be found here."
